The bran layer contains calcium and magnesium which are vital for good musculoskeletal health; and zinc which supports the immune system. Petit pois and red pepper in the greens and ginger mix contain vitamins C and A, which support your immune system. This is my lunch of choice, I add sesame and pumpkin seeds for an extra fibre boost."
