Simply create an account and scan your barcode at one of our kiosks or tills when you spend £5 or more to collect butterflies and earn gifts. Once you have collected 3 butterflies you will receive a free snack of your choice, a free drink on your 5th butterfly and a free itsu meal on your 7th. 

Simply scan your app at one of our kiosks or tills each time you visit one of our restaurants and spend £5 or more. You can collect one butterfly per transaction.

You will receive a free miso soup reward upon downloading the itsu app [a minimum spend of £5 must be met to redeem it]. Once you have collected 3 butterflies you will receive a free snack of your choice, a free drink on your 5th butterfly and a free itsu meal on your 7th. 

Once you are logged in, you can see how many butterflies you have on your stamp card at the top of your itsu app. 

Each time you collect a butterfly you will receive a new stamp until you have reached 7 butterflies. Your card will then reset, and you can continue collecting!

Once you are logged in, you can find your gifts by swiping left on your stamp card at the top of your itsu app. 

To redeem a gift, simply scan your app at one of our kiosks or tills. You can redeem one gift per transaction.

Vouchers may only be redeemed against eligible products. These are: 

Miso soup free gift: Miso soup [to redeem the miso soup free gift, a £5 minimum spend must be reached].

Snack Free gift: bean’good, chocolate edamame, sushi style nori’crunch, about half a mango, angelic almonds, well-being snacking seeds, sweet chilli toasted cashews, protein’plenty tamari almonds, wasabi pea crunch, lemon baked pistachios, 60% dark chocolate moons, original prawn crackers, Chinese prawn crackers, Thai prawn crackers, dark chocolate corn cakes, milk chocolate corn cakes, sea salt seaweed thins, wasabi seaweed thins, sweet soy seaweed thins.

Zen'water free gift: itsu water, itsu sparkling water, raspberry & dragonfruit zen’water can, cucumber & mint zen'water can, ginger & lime zen'water can, lemon yuzu zen'water can, peach & lychee zen'water can.

Meal free gift: any menu item excluding alcohol, sharing platters or bundles.

Vouchers are single use, cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no alternative offer is available. Vouchers cannot be combined with any other itsu promotion or loyalty rewards. The vouchers cannot be redeemed against itsu [grocery] products sold outside of itsu restaurants.

itsu loyalty vouchers are redeemable in-store at all itsu UK restaurants. They may not be used for itsu [grocery] products or through delivery channels. Vouchers cannot be used in the 50% discount period during the last half hour of trade.

Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date they’re issued. To check when your voucher expires, click on the voucher in your app.

 No, you can only use one loyalty voucher per transaction. Vouchers can not be combined with any other offer or promotion.

If you forget to scan your app during an order, you can send us a copy of your receipt via the contact us form on our website and our customer care team will be in touch.

Yes! We offer a 15% discount to students & NHS workers in all our restaurants through the itsu app. If you don’t have the itsu app yet, simply register your account using your NHS [nhs.uk] or student [.ac.uk] email address. If you have an account already, head to your profile and tap 'its'my details', then just add your NHS or student email address.

To use your discount on our kiosks, simply scan your app barcode and your discount will be waiting for you in the basket page. To use your discount on our tills, simply scan your app barcode and our staff will do the rest.

We do not currently accept blue light cards.
