health[ier]
We nurture itsu for tomorrow, mindful of the health of our people, customers, future generations & fragile planet. We're always treasure-hunting for health[ier] ways of doing things. Please have a look at the latest edition of our annual health[ier] report.
nutrition
Dr Emma MBChB MSc ANutr is our Resident Nutritionist. planet
There is no planet B, so with your support we continue to make progress on our [never-ending] mission to be a more sustainable business. Some changes are more impressive than others, we celebrate them all to remind ourselves that little things make big things happen. Milestones, big & small, are updated monthly - you can see our latest sustainable step and all our past milestones here.
education
Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; show him how to catch fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.
At itsu we believe in the power of knowledge. Community Kitchen Project [CKP] has been created to inspire & inform students about the value of good nutrition. We are committed to providing interactive lessons & a library of resources to support nutrition education, health & happiness in schools, colleges & universities.
partnerships
itsu’s purpose is to create health[ier], freshly made food for the many, not the few. Our friends at Vitality Insurance share this passion & help their members make health[ier] choices & reward them for it. When they step, run or move – anyway they choose, Vitality members can get rewarded with discounts on freshly-made dishes at itsu. As part of our partnership, we have launched an exclusive new dish, the Vitality’bowl, packed with vitamins, protein, low in saturated fat and 18 plant points.
