teriyaki chicken gyoza rice bowl [+ bao'buns as a starter]
you will need
- 1 pack of itsu bao buns [you'll need 4]
- 1 pack of itsu chicken gyoza [12 gyozas]
- 1/2 bunch of spring onions, cut into 3cm chunks
- 1 red pepper, sliced into strips
- 150g mushrooms, thickly sliced
- 1/2 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 4 tbsp itsu teriyaki cooking sauce
- 2 portions of rice [around 120g per person]

step 1
Steam the itsu bao buns for 15 minutes in the steam basket of the airfryer and enjoy as a starter

Prep the vegetables and add 4 tbsp of itsu teriyaki cooking sauce. Mix well
step 3
Add the vegetables into the airfryer basket and cook for 10 minutes at 180C
step 4
Place 12 itsu chicken gyozas into the steam basket and steam for 11 minutes

Cook the rice according to pack instructions
step 6
To assemble, portion the rice into two bowls, top with roasted vegetables and gyoza
step 7
Drizzle with more itsu teriyaki cooking sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and chilli oil [optional]
