yours and ours

you will need

  • 1 pack of itsu bao buns [you'll need 4]
  • 1 pack of itsu chicken gyoza [12 gyozas]
  • 1/2 bunch of spring onions, cut into 3cm chunks
  • 1 red pepper, sliced into strips
  • 150g mushrooms, thickly sliced
  • 1/2 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 4 tbsp itsu teriyaki cooking sauce
  • 2 portions of rice [around 120g per person]

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    Steam the itsu bao buns for 15 minutes in the steam basket of the airfryer and enjoy as a starter

  2. step 2

    Prep the vegetables and add 4 tbsp of itsu teriyaki cooking sauce. Mix well

  3. step 3

    Add the vegetables into the airfryer basket and cook for 10 minutes at 180C

  4. step 4

    Place 12 itsu chicken gyozas into the steam basket and steam for 11 minutes

  5. step 5

    Cook the rice according to pack instructions

  6. step 6

    To assemble, portion the rice into two bowls, top with roasted vegetables and gyoza

  7. step 7

    Drizzle with more itsu teriyaki cooking sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and chilli oil [optional]
