you will need

  • 1 pack itsu tempura prawns
  • 2 packs itsu udon pouches
  • 1 itsu classic ramen broth
  • 1 tbsp dried wakame seaweed
  • 100g cooked edamame beans
  • 2 spring onions, sliced

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    cook the tempura prawns according to your chosen method [airfry or oven]

  2. step 2

    empty the broth into a medium sauce pan and bring to a simmer. keep warm over a low heat

  3. step 3

    soak the wakame for a few minutes according to the pack instructions

  4. step 4

    add the udon to a large bowl and fill with boiling water. leave for 3-4 minutes and drain

  5. step 5

    remove the tempura prawns from the oven

  6. step 6

    assemble your bowls. divide the udon between two bowls. pour over the broth, top with the wakame, edamame and sliced spring onion. carefully place the tempura over the vegetables. enjoy!
