- 1 packet of itsu crispy seaweed thins (any flavour)
- smoked salmon sliced thinly into thin strips
- 50g cream cheese

Spread a small amount of cream cheese over the thins, and the smoked salmon on top

Place another crispy seaweed thin on top- or have open if you prefer
