quick chicken ramen

you will need

  • 1 original or spicy ramen'ready
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 egg
  • 1 handful of vegetables

lets get cooking

  1. step 1

    Pan fry your chicken breast until golden on the outside and the center reaches 75 degrees [about 5-8 mins on each side].

  2. step 2

    Bring a saucepan of water to a simmer and cook the egg for 6 mins. Put a steamer on top and cook your veggies [you could also cook them with your noodles & broth if you like]. Once cooked, place your egg in cold water, then peel and set aside.

     

  3. step 3

    At the same time, cook your original or spicy ramen'ready as per pack instructions. 

  4. step 4

    Add your noodles and broth to a bowl then top with your chicken, soft boiled egg & veggies. Enjoy!
