yours and ours

you will need

  • 1 pack of itsu pumpkin crispy'fritters
  • 2 portions of rice [around 120g per person]
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 300ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp of brown sugar
  • 1 sachet of itsu miso'easy traditional
  • 1 pack of tenderstem broccoli

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    To make the katsu sauce, fry the carrots, onion, garlic and curry powder until soft

  2. step 2

    Then add vegetable stock, sugar and itsu miso'easy and simmer for 10-15 minutes

  3. step 3

    Using a stick blender, blitz the ingredients until a smooth consistency, you can also use a food processor or blender

  4. step 4

    Continue simmering the sauce on a low heat 

  5. step 5

    Cook the itsu pumpkin crispy'fritters according to pack instructions in the smaller drawer of the airfryer

  6. step 6

    Steam the tenderstem broccoli for 6 mins in the larger drawer

  7. step 7

    Cook the rice according to pack instructions

  8. step 8

    To assemble the dish, place the rice, crispy'fritters and broccoli onto the plate and cover with the katsu sauce
