  • 6 itsu dark chocolate rice cakes
  • 6 tsps nut butter [Amy used creamy espresso walnut butter]
  • 6 tsps fruit jam
  • 1 handful crunchy granola
  • 1 handful strawberries & pomegranate

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    Layer up the dark chocolate rice cakes [two stacks of 3] with lots of nut butter and jam.

  2. step 2

    Top the stacks with another layer of nut butter & jam.

  3. step 3

    Finish with granola, strawberries and pomegranate
