Korean-style crispy'chicken salad

you will need

  • 1 pack of itsu Korean-style crispy'chicken
  • 1 pack of cos lettuce, finely sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 sweet potatoes ,cut into cubes
  • 3 spring onions, cut into 3cm chunks
  • 150g edamame beans
  • sesame seeds for garnish
  • sachet of Korean-style chilli sauce [dressing]
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise [dressing]
  • 1 tbsp honey [dressing]
  • 1/2 lime, juiced [dressing]

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    Prepare the sweet potatoes and spring onions and toss with 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of garlic granules and salt and pepper

  2. step 2

    Cook the vegetables in the airfryer for 15 minutes at 180C

  3. step 3

    Add the rest of the salad ingredients into a large bowl

  4. step 4

    Cook the itsu Korean-style crispy'chicken in the airfryer according to pack instructions

  5. step 5

    Add all the salad dressing ingredients into a bowl and mix well

  6. step 6

    Once the chicken has cooked, add into salad along with the cooked vegetables

  7. step 7

    Add the dressing to the salad, toss, add garnishes and serve
