korean style chicken wings

you will need

  • 500g chicken wings
  • 40g of corn flour
  • 4g salt
  • 4g black pepper
  • 15ml of vegetable oil
  • 10g chive, roughly chopped
  • 10g sesame seeds
  • 100ml itsu gochujang sauce

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    preheat the oven to 180C
  2. step 2

    toss the wings in the oil, salt, pepper and corn flour
  3. step 3

    roast the wings for 25 minutes, turn them over and roast at 220c for 15 mins until they are crispy and golden brown
  4. step 4

    add the wings to a bowl with 50 ml of itsu gochujang and toss until evenly coated
  5. step 5

    top the wings with sesame seeds and chives, and serve with 50ml gochujang for dipping
