you will need

  • 1 pack of spicy [or original] ramen'ready
  • marinated chicken mince
  • 2 baby corn
  • 1 boiled egg
  • spring onions
  • coriander
  • chilli oil

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    cook your marinated chicken mince [or protein of your choice] and baby corn, set aside

  2. step 2

    add an egg to boiling water and cook for 5-6 minutes. Drain and set aside

  3. step 3

    remove tie on noodles & add noodles to 400ml of boiling water, cook for 4 mins [do not drain]

  4. step 4

    stir broth paste sachet into noodles & water

  5. step 5

    add to a bowl, top with the chicken, baby corn, boiled egg, chopped spring onions, coriander & chilli oil [optional]. Enjoy!
