Toast the sourdough
While the bread is toasting, cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters
Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone and scoop it into a bowl
Mash the avocado with a fork, add 1 tsp of salt and the juice of the lime
Spread the avocado on the toast and add the choppe tomatoes on top
Spoon over the crispy chilli oil and serve
