chicken soup'dumplings with a creamy miso drizzle

you will need

  • 1 sachet itsu miso'easy
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • large pinch of sesame seeds

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    microwave [from frozen]:

    place sealed bag of soup'dumplings in the microwave [please do not open or pierce bag!]

  2. step 2

    microwave for 2 mins 20 seconds [900W] or 2 mins 30 seconds [750W]

  3. step 3

    remove tray from bag and pierce the top of the dumplings with a fork or chopstick, leave to stand for 3 mins

  4. step 4

    whilst leaving the soup'dumplings to cool, mix together miso'easy, peanut butter, rice vinegar, water, sesame oil, honey and garlic to form a sauce

  5. step 5

    dress the soup'dumplings with the creamy miso drizzle and a pinch of sesame seeds

  6. step 6

    enjoy!
