preparation
- Remove sleeve, peel back film on the pot [without removing it completely] & add the contents of the sachet to the noodles.
- Pour boiling water into the clear pot up to fill line [310ml] & stir thoroughly.
- Replace film, leave to stand for 3 mins.

For anyone who would like to re-create out classic tsuyu broth at home, we have now shared the recipe online. All you need is katsuobushi, mirin, kombu, soy and a couple of hours to infuse the broth. However, if you’re pushed for time, the broth sachet in this box will give you exactly the same result, in 3 minutes.
