gift card terms & conditions

Gift cards and e-gift cards can be redeemed at all restaurants except the following: Aberdeen, Brussels, Chelmsford, Edinburgh St James, Exeter, Leicester Fosse Park, Nottingham Victoria Centre, Paris Alma, Reading Gate, Staines Two Rivers, Wembley Park Boulevard, Windsor. Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given but the balance may be applied to future purchases. Gift cards and e-gift vouchers will expire one year after activation. At expiry, any remaining balance will be lost. Gift cards & e-vouchers cannot be returned or refunded except in accordance with your legal rights. Any refunds will be sent as a gift card or e-voucher. itsu cannot accept responsibility if your voucher is lost, stolen or damaged. It will not be replaced or its value refunded in any of these circumstances. Gift cards cannot be purchased for resale.
