our family tree

We pride ourselves on growing our people from within. Come and join the family tree, starting as a Team Member. In most itsu-operated shops, Team Members earn £14.05 per hour [including bonus]. Progress to Team Member Pro and earn up to £14.45 per hour [including bonus], then become a Team Leader earning £15.05 per hour [including bonus], with guaranteed full-time hours.

Higher rates apply at selected premium locations, including airports. Pay rates at franchised restaurants are set by the franchise partner and may differ. The exact rate will always be shown in each vacancy.
